Meet Fran
Organisational Coach | Leadership Coach | Mom and MischiefMaker
My name is Francesca (Fran) and I’ve spent more than 2 decades growing and leading the operations and teams for Start-Up, Scale-Up and Corporate companies (2 - 100 FTE’s) in different countries and across different industries. I’m proud about my track-record and honoured that I was part of so many awesome, inspiring teams, people and organisations on the way.
I have a passion for life in general, people and continuous learning. My biggest joy is enabling people and organisations to grow and develop themselves towards their most beautiful version.
Having had a moved and adventurous life myself, (some say even 5-lifetimes at least) I know all about resilience, starting over, staying curious and empathic. I know that these fundamental life traits make me perfect for the job of supporting organisations and people to ScaleUp their business, their lives.

I’m a CPCC certified coach and have also been accredited by the International Coaching Federation. (ICF)
Additionally, I’m in the process of certifying as a "PQ Coach", which stands for "Positive Intelligence Quotient", or mental fitness. The most innovative and breakthrough coaching framework for true, lasting transformation.
My Swiss- Hungarian-Italian roots and the fact that I've lived and worked abroad make for a lot of passion, humour and openness to diversity. I have a love for all things horses, yoga and great food shared with friends. I live in the beautiful city of Utrecht with my 12-year-old daughter.
